Macaroni Cheese

Filling as well as tasty, this is a family favourite enjoyed with tea or mid meal snacks.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Roast 1/4th teaspoon of wheat flour in a small dollop of tablespoon butter. Add 1 and 1/2 cup milk and pepper powder (as per taste).

Step 2 :

Let it simmer till it turns into a sauce-like consistency. Switch off the flame and add the desired salt. Put a cup of macaroni along with water, oil and salt in the pressure cooker.

Step 3 :

Remove after one whistle. Strain macaroni, add to the prepared sauce. Add two teaspoons of mayonnaise and one large tablespoon of cheese spread and serve.
