Preparation

Step 1 :

Marinate chicken with salt, vinegar, little onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, one egg and corn flour.

Step 2 :

Let the marination stay for 30 minutes.

Step 3 :

Then deep fry all the chicken pieces in while oil and keep aside.

Step 4 :

In a separate frying pan heat some white oil.

Step 5 :

Put diced onions, bell peppers and the slit whole green chillis, fry for 4-5 minutes.

Step 6 :

Next add chopped ginger and garlic, fry for another 3 minutes.

Step 7 :

Mix all the sauces and then add salt, sugar and little vinegar.

Step 8 :

Mix the fried chicken into this and toss for 5 minutes.

Step 9 :

Sprinkle black pepper powder before removing from heat and serve with chapatti or fried rice.
