The American burger is a double layered cheesy burger that has crispy patties and soft melt-in-your-mouth cheese. Serve it with crispy fries with a sweet and spicy sauce.

Step 1 : Fries Part 1
Cut potatoes for fries and refrigerate them after dusting them with corn flour.
Step 2 : For Sauce
Heat 1 cup of tomato sauce in a pan and add 1 tsp chilli powder and honey. Heat for 1 minute. Keep aside.
Step 3 : Potato Patty
Mix boiled potato, onion, salt as required, tobacco sauce, 1tsp pepper and 4 tbsp. corn flour. Make two big patties.
Step 4 : Vegetable Patty
Mix carrot, peas, bread, mozzarella cheese, mustard sauce, salt as required, oregano, chilli powder keep aside. Make two big patties. Heat little oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties till crisp.
Step 5 : For burger 1
Heat butter in a pan. Toast the burger buns after cutting them in half. Mix 1 tbsp. tomato sauce with 1 tbsp. mayo and apply on both sides. Keep the vegetable patty on the bottom half. Heat the pan again and place the potato patty on it. Keep two slices of cheese on it and cover the pan till the cheese melts. Place the potato patty on top of the vegetable patty with the cheese facing downwards and place the top half of the bun. Repeat for the other burger.
Step 6 : Fries Part 2
Heat oil for deep frying. Take the potatoes from the refrigerator and deep fry till they turn crispy. Put it on a kitchen towel to drain the excess oil. Add salt and mix.
Serve the burger with fries and sweet and chilli sauce.
