Preparation

Step 1 :

Pre-heat the oven to 180?C. Chop/break the chocolate bar. Keep it aside. Grease the muffin tin form (if it is required)

Step 2 :

In a mixing bowl, beat the egg for a minute. Add sugar and salt into the beaten egg. Mix it until smooth. In another mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until smooth.

Step 3 :

Add cacao powder into the beaten cream. Mix it well. Add the cream mixture into egg mixture. Mix it well. Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture. Mix it well until it is incorporated.

Step 4 :

Add the chopped chocolate bar and fold it in the batter. Use a scooper or spoon to place the batter into the greased muffin tin. Bake it for 20 minutes at 180?C.
