Heat olive oil in skillet over a medium flame.

Add onion, carrot, and garlic. Cook for 8 minutes.

Step 3 :

Place this mixture with Kabuli chana, water, salt, and pepper in a blender. Process until smooth.

Step 4 :

In the meanwhile, cook the pasta on the side.

Step 5 :

Add this sauce to the cooked pasta. Garnish with parsley and basil.
