A quick, easy and delightful treat to surprise your loved ones, this chocolate caramel bark is a toothsome medley of milk chocolate, white chocolate, caramel and crunchy nuts.

Step 1 :
To prepare the caramel sauce, take the sugar in a saucepan and heat it.
Step 2 :
Simultaneously warm the fresh cream in another pan. When it gets warm, switch off and keep it aside.
Step 3 :
When the sugar starts to melt and the sides begin to change colour to golden brown, swirl the pan so that the colour changes uniformly.
Step 4 :
Once the sugar completely changes to golden brown, add 2 tbsp. of butter and allow it to melt.
Step 5 :
Next, add the warm fresh cream and mix and cook for a minute.
Switch off the flame.
Allow it to cool down completely.
Step 6 :
Meanwhile, melt the Happy Chef Baking Bar- milk chocolate with 1 tbsp of butter using the double boiler method, or in a microwave.
Step 7 :
Similarly, melt the Happy Chef Baking Bar - white chocolate with 1 tbsp. butter using the double boiler method, or in a microwave.
Step 8 :
Take a baking tray and line it with parchment paper. First transfer the melted milk chocolate to the tray and spread it evenly.
Step 9 :
Next add the white chocolate unevenly on top of the milk chocolate.
Then add the caramel sauce too.
Step 10 :
Using a toothpick, create a swirl pattern.
Then freeze the chocolate until set.
Once set, cut into pieces and enjoy!
