Enjoy this double treat of a rich milk chocolate cake with a creamy white chocolate glazing.

For the cake

Step 1 :

Break Happy Chef Baking Bar – Milk Chocolate into a small bowl, then melt in the microwave on a medium flame for 1 minute. Put everything else into a large bowl and beat until creamy.

Step 2 :

Pour the mixture in the cake pan and bake it in the oven at 180 C / 356 F for 30 minutes. Cool in the pan for ten minutes before removing to a cake platter

For the Ganache

Step 1 :

Break the Happy Chef Baking Bar - White Chocolate and put it in a pot. Slowly add the milk.

Step 2 :

At low heat, allow the chocolate to melt. Cool the glaze and after putting the cake on a platter, pour the glaze on it.
