Preparation
Step 1 :
Mix yogurt with baking soda in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 2 :
Sieve the flour and cocoa powder in a bowl.
Step 3 :
Add the cooking oil, sugar and warm water. Whisk it with the flour mixture.
Step 4 :
Add the yogurt mixture and whisk it all together.
Step 5 :
Grease the baking container / reheatable bowl. Use two bowls as it will be easier.
Step 6 :
Pour the chocolate batter into it evenly.
Step 7 :
Bake it for 4 minutes on full power (1200 W microwave).
Bake it for 30 minutes at 170?C in the oven.
Step 8 :
Check if the cake is done by sticking a needle/wooden stick into the cake. Needle/wooden stick should be clean when it is removed out.
Step 9 :
Let it cool down for 1-2 hours. Slice the cake into two.
Step 10 :
In a double boiler/microwave, melt the dark chocolate chunk with heavy cream for 2 minutes. Whisk it until they are well combined. In other bowl, melt the white chocolate chunk with heavy cream for 1 minute.
Step 11 :
Keep it in the fridge for 5 minutes. Afterwards, place one slice of cake on the plate; spread the white chocolate filling on the cake evenly.
Step 12 :
Place another slice on top of the white chocolate filling. Pour the dark chocolate ganache on top of chocolate cake, spread evenly on top and side of the cake.
Step 13 :
Cool it in the fridge for 1-2 hours, slice it and enjoy it.
