Preparation
Step 1 :
Grate the milk compound chocolate slab into small pieces.
Step 2 :
Place the grated chocolate in a heat-proof bowl.
Step 3 :
Place the grated chocolate in a heat-proof bowl.
Step 4 :
While the water is boiling, put the grated chocolate bowl in the double boiler and melt the chocolate.
Step 5 :
Keep the flame low and while the chocolate starts melting, keep stirring occasionally, until it is completely melted.
Step 6 :
Remove the melted chocolate from the heat.
Moulding Chocolate
Step 1 :
Take any rectangular mould, (the mould should be dry). Pour the total amount of melted white chocolate into the mould and tap it gently.
Step 2 :
Sprinkle all the mixed fruit jellies, Cadbury Gems, rice krispies and choco chips on top of the chocolate. Drizzle on some melted milk chocolate.
Step 3 :
Place the moulds in refrigerator for 15 minutes for setting.
Step 4 :
Remove mould from refrigerator and slowly demould the chocolate. Homemade Chocolate Bark ready. Store it in an airtight box and refrigerate. You can wrap the chocolate in colourful wraps and gift them.
