Grate the milk compound chocolate slab into small pieces.

Place the grated chocolate in a heat-proof bowl.

Take 1 cup of water in a medium saucepan and place it on low flame for boiling.

While the water is boiling, put the grated chocolate bowl in the double boiler and melt the chocolate.

Keep the flame low and while the chocolate starts melting, keep stirring occasionally, until it is completely melted.

Remove the melted chocolate from the heat.
Moulding Chocolate

Take the wafer chocolate mould (the mould should be dry). Pour the melted chocolate into the mould with a spoon and tap it gently.

Place the strawberry wafer on the chocolate and cover the wafer with the melted chocolate.

Place the moulds in refrigerator for 15 minutes till it sets.
Step 4

Remove the mould from refrigerator and slowly demould the chocolate. Homemade Wafer Chocolates are ready. Store it in an airtight box and refrigerate. You can wrap the chocolate in colourful wraps and gift them.
