Egg Benedict

America’s oldest and most delicious recipe, this is prepared with egg, toast and seasonings.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take a pan and add 1 tbsp of boiled water. Add 1 egg and poach it (may take 10 minutes). Once done, switch off the flame.

Step 2 :

Toast 1 slice of brown bread/ sandwich/multigrain bread. Spread 1/2 tsp of butter.

Step 3 :

Place the poached egg on the buttered toast bread. Sprinkle a pinch of red chilli powder, salt and black pepper, crush the oregano and 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves, grate cheese (any cheese like mozzarella, cheddar or feta cheese of your choice).

Step 4 :

Heat in a preheated oven for 200° for 2 minutes. Remove from oven. Delicious and healthy egg benedict is ready!
