Loved by all age groups, this is a delectable and easy to cook recipe. It is a twist to the all-time favourite chocolate cake. Making it with nuts and biscuits reduces the cooking time as well as effort.

For the Cake
Step 1 :
Break each of the Britannia biscuits into 4 pieces and put it in the bowl or plate you are going to use for the dish.
Step 2 :
Fry the mixed nuts in butter and mix them with the biscuits.
Step 3 :
Mix cocoa powder, castor sugar, butter and coffee powder on a low flame until it becomes a thick liquid. Set it aside for 5 minutes for it to cool down a bit.
Step 4 :
Pour the above chocolate mixture on the biscuit and nuts.
Step 5 :
Mix it thoroughly until all the nuts /biscuits are coated with the chocolate mixture.
Step 6 :
Set this aside in fridge (not freezer) for about 40 minutes.
For decoration and top coat of the cake
Step 1 :
Take the Amul cream and heat it for about 30 seconds in microwave or in gas for just 30 seconds.
Step 2 :
Break the chocolate into pieces and drop it into the hot cream bowl.
Step 3 :
Mix it thoroughly until you reach a point where you get a creamy silky chocolaty mixture.
Step 4 :
Now get the cake out of the fridge and pour this chocolaty cream on top.
Step 5 : Optional
You can garnish it with chocolate flakes or grated cashew.
Step 6 :
Keep it in the fridge (not freezer) to set for about 30-45 minutes.
Step 7 :
Take it out of fridge and cut it into pieces once it is set.
