This recipe is prepared with a unique blend of mild spices that offer a great taste. It can be stored and used it at intervals by reheating it in a microwave.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take a mixing bowl add minced meat, salt, finely chopped chillies, ginger, garlic and mix well.

Step 2 :

Take a frying pan and evenly spread the mixture till the edges like a cake bake.

Step 3 :

Take sliced tomatoes to layer the mixture and cover it as a sandwich. Add a layer of finely chopped green garlic chives.

Step 4 :

Add 6tbsp of oil on top. Add grated cheese to make it as another thick layer.

Step 5 :

Finally break 4 eggs on the layer to set that as a layer.

Step 6 :

Cover the pan and let it cook on low flame. Serve as a piece like pastry or as a sandwich with bread or roti. Enjoy.
