Cheesy Chicken Quiche

A scrumptious quiche of cheese and chicken to enjoy as a starter, appetiser or snack.

Ingredients

Cooking Steps

For Pie Crust

Step 1 :

Mix all the ingredients without much water to make a powdery dough.

Step 2 :

Pack the dough in a glass sheet and freeze it for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3 :

After removing it from the freezer, roll the dough and put it in a pie baking mould.

Step 4 :

Blind bake the dough for about 20 mins at 220 degree C.

Step 5 :

After baking, do a coat of egg wash and freeze it for 5 minutes.

For Mixture

Step 1 :

Heat a frying pan and add a tablespoon spoon of oil.

Step 2 :

Add garlic and spring onions and sauté it until cooked.

Step 3 :

Add the shredded chicken and mix well.

Step 4 :

In another bowl, add fresh cream, pepper, 2 eggs and salt and mix them together.

For Quiche

Step 1 :

Layer the chicken mix in the pie crust.

Step 2 :

Put another layer of grated cheese and spinach.

Step 3 :

Poor the cream mixture.

Step 4 :

Bake this at 180 degree C for 20 minutes until its set well.

Step 5 :

The Quiche is ready to be served.
