A delectable treat layered with grated potato, chicken, broccoli and oodles of Kraft cheese. Dig in and enjoy!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil the potato, peel and grate it. Keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Blanch (boil in hot water for a short time and then place in ice cubes) the broccoli.

Step 3 :

Roast the chicken leg with garlic, lemon, olive oil, pepper, salt and paprika seasoning for 20 minutes.

Step 4 :

Pull apart the chicken from the bone once it is roasted and keep aside.

Step 5 :

Heat olive oil on a pan and place a layer of the grated potato with salt and pepper, add a layer for the chicken and then a layer of the broccoli with salt pepper.

Step 6 :

Top it with oodles of grated Kraft cheese (around 4 cubes).

Step 7 :

Cook in the pan till the potatoes below gets crisp and the cheese melts well.

Step 8 :

Enjoy with some ketchup and chilli sauce on the side.
