Marconi Pasta with Spinach Mushroom Walnut

Mushrooms, spinach and walnuts are a great combination for a pasta dish. When mixed with cheese sauce, it becomes an unbelievable dish.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil water and add salt. Cook the pasta until done. This takes about 10 minutes.

Step 2 :

Meanwhile, rinse the spinach and remove the stems.

Step 3 :

Place the wet spinach in a large frying pan, cover and cook until wilted.

Step 4 :

Remove the spinach, drain well, chop and set aside.

Step 5 :

In a clean frying pan, sauté the garlic, onions and mushrooms in the butter and olive oil until tender.

Step 6 :

Add the walnuts and toast slightly. Add the spinach to the pan. Mix milk and cornflour and add the milk cornflour mixture and the cream.

Step 7 :

Cook until slightly bubbly. Add cheese, Season with salt and pepper.

Step 8 :

Drain pasta and toss with the sauce. Fry palak in oil and decorate it on top it. Serve hot.
