Preparation

Step 1 :

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and spice mix (or oregano), diced onion, olives and thinly sliced capsicum. Add 2 grated cheese cubes and mix well.

Step 2 :

Transfer all to a greased oven bowl. Add cheese slice on top if you wish. Remember not to mix or shake it now. Just keep it in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3 :

Put a knife and check if egg is cooked till the bottom.

Step 4 :

Serve once cooked.
