Cheesy Rajasthani Gatta Pulav

"CHEESY RAJASTHANI GATTA PULAV is a pure vegetarian and very easy to cook. It is very tasty, delicious and nutritious with carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins & minerals. It consumes very little ghee and oil. It is also a favourite of people of all age."

Cooking Steps

For preparation of Gatta

Step 1 :

Take wheat atta and channa atta, add Asafoetida, red chilly powder and salt as per taste and make paste after adding required water

Step 2 :

Then take small portion out of prepared above atta paste, and make small round ball and press it and keep them aside

Step 3 :

Take kadai and oil in it and make it hot and fry the above prepared pressed balls.

For Pulav

Step 1 :

Cook rice with salt as per taste and kept aside.

Step 2 :

Put kadai on gas stove and put ghee into it and when hot put above masala into it.

Step 3 :

Thereafter add chopped onion, potato and capsicum in kadai and fry it.

Step 4 :

Then Add Biryani Masala and dry grapes in kadai and mix it in kadai properly.

Step 5 :

Put cooked rice in same kadai and mix it properly. Rice Pulav is ready.

Final readiness

Step 1 :

Take micro glass bowl and grease it.

Step 2 :

Put and spread part of prepared pulav in the bowl.

Step 3 :

Make small pieces of cheese cubes and spread a layer over the pulav in bowl.

Step 4 :

Spread one more layer of prepared gatta over the pulav.

Step 5 :

Make small pieces of cheese slice and spread one more layer over the pulav in bowl.

Step 6 :

Thereafter spread one more layer of remaining pulao.

Step 7 :

Spread last and final layer of balance gatta & pieces of cheese and small chopped pieces of cashew nuts over the pulav.

Step 8 :

Thereafter put the bowl with ready made cheesy gatta pulav in micro wave for one minute.

Step 9 :

Serve the nutritious, delicious and tasty hot Cheesy Rajsthani Gatta Pulav and Enjoy!!!
