Cheesy Basil Mushrooms

This mushroom cheese recipe is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The presence of basil further enhances the dish.

Step 1 :

The mushrooms need to be filled in 2 layers.

Step 2 :

Mix grated Kraft cheese and basil.

Step 3 :

Fill 3/4th of the mushroom with it.

Step 4 :

Fill the rest 1/4 with Kraft cheddar cheese. Make sure to make a compact top layer.

Step 5 :

Make a slightly thick batter with maida and water.

Step 6 :

Dip the filled mushrooms in the batter and roll in bread crumbs.

Step 7 :

Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30-45 mins.

Step 8 :

Deep fry at a medium flame.

Step 9 :

Serve hot with your choice of dip.

Step 10 :

Decorate with fresh parsley.
