Garlic Pepper Paneer Wrap

This is a filling and delicious breakfast recipe for kids as well as elders. It is prepared from homemade chapati and paneer to get the best of taste and health benefits.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take 2 homemade Aata chappati/rotis.

Step 2 :

For best taste, make the paneer from 500 ml milk with help of lemon, or take readymade grated paneer.

Step 3 :

Take paneer, crushed pepper, salt, garlic, maida and make a dough. Now heat a pan with oil and sprinkle little crushed pepper over it.

Step 4 :

Put the paneer dough over it and spread it evenly. Keep it on low flame till one side turns golden brown. The paneer filling is ready.

Step 5 :

Take the plate and keep the roti. Spread veg mayonnaise all over and stick lettuce leaves. Put paneer filling in middle.

Step 6 :

Top it with green chilli, wedges of capsicum, onion, tomatoes, corn kernels, salt and lemon juice. On top of it, put some mayonnaise and wrap the roti on both sides.
