Kraft-ed Sweet Potato (Baked)

Preparation

Step 1 :

Wash and dry the sweet potatoes.

Step 2 :

Cover each piece with a Kraft Cheese slice and bake them for 30-35 mins at 240 degree Celsius until they are soft and cooked thoroughly.

Step 3 :

Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat and add the garlic, onion and capsicum. Cook for 4-5 mins until the onions become translucent and the capsicum softens.

Step 4 :

Add the cumin, coriander, chilli, turmeric powder and cook for another 1 minute.

Step 5 :

Add the tomatoes, lentils, stock and lemon juice and bring to boil.

Step 6 :

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 mins. Add salt and pepper as required.

Step 7 :

Slice the sweet potatoes in half and fill in with the lentil mixture. Enjoy!
