This mango kheer is a delicious combination of ripe pulpy mangoes and rich creamy milk.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil rice with 1 cup of milk. Add water if required.

Step 2 :

Blend this cooked rice into the mixture when it cools (so that you get a fine texture of rice). Add milk if required.

Step 3 :

Cut mango into pieces and make puree.

Step 4 :

In a pan, boil two cups of milk. Add two spoons of milkmaid and 4 spoons of sugar. Stir it well for 10 minutes.

Step 5 :

Add the mixture of rice and stir again for 5 minutes.

Step 6 :

Let it cool down. Add mango puree and stir well.

Step 7 :

Add more milk if you want a thin consistency.

Step 8 :

It is delicious if served chilled.
