Preparation
Step 1 :
Soak sabja seeds in water for about 30 minutes and then drain it and keep aside.
Step 2 :
Then in bowl, pour ½ cup of water and allow it to boil.
Step 3 :
Put the corn flour into the boiling water and stir well.
Step 4 :
Simultaneously, keep ready the 'muruku aachu' (kitchen press grater) where the 'oompodi' plate is placed. Also, be ready with ice cubes in a big bowl.
Step 5 :
Immediately transfer the corn mixture into the 'muruku aachu' and press it on the ice cubes.
Step 6 :
You can notice that it suddenly changes into thick string and looks like cooked 'semiya'. Keep it aside.
Step 7 :
Now take a long glass tumbler.
Step 8 :
First fill tutti friuty, then with the corn flour mixture which looks like semiya, sabja seeds, ice cream, etc... Add all the items one by one (any order as per your wish).
Step 9 :
At last, add the cherry at the top and with pieces of badam, pista and cashew.
Step 10 :
Now it's ready to serve. For more decoration, I've added the wafers at the top
