Preparation

Step 1 :

Cook muri in a pan for 2 minutes. First prepare all the ingredients, finely chop onions, tomatoes and cucumber.

Step 2 :

Put 3 teaspoon mustard oil in 200g muri and mix it well. Then add all cut ingredients with black pepper 1 teaspoon, chaat masala 2 teaspoon, red chilli powder 1 teaspoon, salt to taste and mix it well again.

Step 3 :

Then add 100g plain aloo bhujia and finally 1 full lemon juice to add flavour and mix it well again. Now the dish is ready to serve.
