Healthy Chukandar (Beetroot ) Laddu

Preparation

Step 1 :

In a heavy bottomed pan, put ghee and heat it. Add beetroot and when it becomes soft, pour in the milk.

Step 2 :

After the beetroot has soaked all the milk, add grated coconut and sugar. Cook for 30 minutes.

Step 3 :

After 30 minutes, add dry fruits and cardamom powder. Switch off the flame and let it cool.

Step 4 :

When the beetroot and coconut better has cooled down, make the laddu.

Step 5 :

Garnish/Wrap all the laddu with dry coconut powder.

Step 6 :

Healthy beetroot laddu is ready.
