A tasty and simple sweet dish made out of poha and chickpea!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Fry poha in about 3 spoons of ghee until it becomes golden brown.

Step 2 :

Dry fry fried chickpea and dry coconut for about a minute.

Step 3 :

Let the poha cool for about 10 minutes.

Step 4 :

Blend poha, fried chickpea, dry coconut and sugar into a fine powder.

Step 5 :

Check if you can bind it and make ladoos. Mostly you won’t, so add 2-3 teaspoons of melted ghee. Make round ladoos of this mixture and serve the same.
