This is a scrumptious recipe made from idli and flavoured with the heavenly dosa chilli (milagai) podi. You prepare it with leftover idli as well. If you wish, you can add onion, carrot and other vegetables to make the dish more wholesome.

Step 1 :

Mash idlies by hand and make like upma. Keep aside.

Step 2 :

In pan, pour oil, put mustard seeds and urad dal.

Step 3 :

After that, put the mashed idlies, add salt and mix well.

Step 4 :

Add curry leaves and Dosa milagai powder. Mix well.

Step 5 :

Switch off the stove and serve as it is.

Step 6 :

Delicious and simple evening snack is ready to eat.
