Cone Masala Dosa

This conical masala dosa is loved by all in my family. You do not have to go to the hotel to enjoy it, just make it at home with this simple recipe.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil 2 to 3 potatoes. Chop onions, green chilies, coriander leaves and garlic. Grate the ginger.

Step 2 :

In a pan, put oil and heat it. Temper mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal. Add turmeric powder.

Step 3 :

Add green chilies, ginger and chopped garlic.

Step 4 :

Add chopped onions and fry them well.

Step 5 :

Add smashed potatoes and add 1/2 cup water and cook them well.

Step 6 :

Remove from the fire and let the masala curry cool.

Step 7 :

Now make the dosa and turn it.

Step 8 :

Before removing the dosa from the tava, cut the dosa from the middle to one corner. Now slowly, take the cut side dosa and try to make a cone.

Step 9 :

In a plate, put some masala and keep ready.

Step 10 :

Put the cone on the masala and close the masala and serve it.

Step 11 :

The other option is that before removing the dosa from the tava, put some 'Masala curry' in the middle, fold it and serve as it is.
