This Onion Uthappam dish is extremely filling and can be cooked in a jiffy for breakfast or snacks. Since we are using onions in this recipe, it is good for health during summer time.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take Fresho Dosa batter in a vessel.

Step 2 :

Chop one or two onions finely.

Step 3 :

Chop green chilies finely.

Step 4 :

Put them in the batter and add salt.

Step 5 :

Add cumin seeds and curry leaves.

Step 6 :

Mix this well and make a slightly thick uthappam.

Step 7 :

Turn the uthappam after two minutes and allow it to cook.

Step 8 :

Then remove it from the tava and serve with any chutney or dosa chilli (milagai) podi.
