Dhokla with dosa batter

This is a healthy breakfast recipe where the dosa-idly batter is flavoured with spices, steamed and then tempered with mustard seeds. The result is simply delicious.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Mix chutney, green chilli paste, curd and salt to the dosa batter. The consistency should not be too runny.

Step 2 :

Brush oil on all sides of a medium sized stainless steel container and pour the mixture in it.

Step 3 :

Steam for 13-15 minutes. Let it cool.

Step 4 :

In hot oil, temper mustard seeds, curry leaves, dried red chilli spread over dhokla. Cut into triangle pieces and serve with chutney or sauce.
