This coloutful Vegetable Uthappam, attracts everyone including children. It is a complete healthy food in morning. Fresho Idly-Dosa Batter contains dal and rice and we add Fresho vegetables and ghee or oil which servers as a complete food to give energy with nutrient values.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take Fresho Dosa batter in a vessel and add salt.

Step 2 :

Chop onions finely.

Step 3 :

Wash, peel and grate carrots.

Step 4 :

Wash and chop coriander leaves and curry leaves.

Step 5 :

Now add chopped onion, curry leaves and if you like, you can add cumin seeds to the batter.

Step 6 :

Mix well. Put tava on the gas stove and make a slightly thick uthappam. Top it with finely grated carrots and chopped coriander leaves.

Step 7 :

Pour oil or ghee all around. Allow it to cook then turn them carefully.

Step 8 :

Again, allow the uthappam to cook for two minutes. Then remove it from the tava and serve with coconut / tomato chutney or dosa chilli (milagai) podi.

Step 9 :

Your delicious vegetable uthappam is ready.
