Spicy Paneer Idly fry!

Once we had leftover idlis and I tried this spicy paneer idly fry. Now we are especially preparing fresh idlis for this recipe! It goes perfectly well with your evening cup of tea.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Prepare idlis using batter. Let it cool down. Cut the idly into 12 - 16 pieces.

Step 2 :

Repeat the same with other idlis. Keep aside.

Step 3 :

Pour oil in a pan and deep fry them. Keep aside.

Step 4 :

Fry paneer cubes in a similar manner.

Step 5 :

Mix paneer cubes and crispy idly pieces.

Step 6 :

Sprinkle some salt and red chili powder on it and mix well.

Step 7 :

Serve with tomato sauce.
