Preparation

Step 1 :

Chop the onion, tomato and capsicum.

Step 2 :

Soak the green gram 1 hour and grind in a mixer.

Step 3 :

For dosa batter, add salt, jeera, chopped methi leaves, coriander leaves and a pinch of soda.

Step 4 :

Heat the tava, make a thick dosa and top it with onion, tomato and capsicum.
