Cheesy Dosa Rolls

Cheesy dosas stuffed with fresh sauteed veggies and mushroom!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Cut broccoli, carrots, mushroom, bell peppers, onion and red cabbage into tiny pieces.

Step 2 :

Chop the leek and keep aside for garnishing alongside grated mozzarella.

Step 3 :

In a pan add butter and saute the diced veggies by adding salt and pepper.

Step 4 :

Remove the pan from gas and keep the veggie mixture aside.

Step 5 :

On a tawa brush some oil and spread out the batter to prepare dosa.

Step 6 :

After 1 min add butter to the centre of the dosa and spread it with a spoon.

Step 7 :

Add the veggie mixture and sprinkle grated mozzarella over it.

Step 8 :

Cook covered for another minute.

Step 9 :

Roll it over, cut into small sizes, sprinkle chopped leek and some more mozzarella.

Step 10 :

Serve with chutney or ketchup. The above quantity will make 2 dosas.
