Banana Muffin, Cereal with Strawberry Yoghurt & Black Coffee

This is for those of you who like to begin the day on a sweet note. There are healthy ingredients such as banana, whole wheat and yoghurt in here too, to keep you upbeat throughout the day!

For Banana Muffin

Step 1 :

In a bowl, mash the banana and sugar together with a folk. Add the oil and stir the mixture well.

Step 2 :

Add vanilla extract, lime juice and mix.

Step 3 :

In another bowl, add all the dry ingredients (whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt) and sieve it.

Step 4 :

Now add the wet ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients and fold gently.

Step 5 :

You can either put this mixture in a muffin tray with muffin liners. Place it in a preheated over on 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.

Step 6 :

If you do not have an oven, place the mixture in little steel bowls or idli plate. Make sure that they are well oiled. Place this in the cooker without the whistle and rubber lining for around 20 minutes. You can do the toothpick test to ensure they are well cooked.

Others

Step 1 :

Scoop out the strawberry yoghurt and douse it over the choco flakes. (You can even include regular cornflakes if you wish).

Step 2 :

Serve all the above items with a piping hot cup of back coffee.
