Mango Dried Fruit Custard

Mango and dried fruits custard is a summer special desert, loved by all.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil 1ltr milk in a pan.

Step 2 :

Add sugar as per your taste (Approx. 6-7 Teaspoons).

Step 3 :

Take 5 teaspoons of custard powder in a small vessel. Add some milk to it to make a smooth paste. Milk should be added approx. 150ml to get fine a consistency.

Step 4 :

Add this Mixture to the boiling milk and let it cool for 5-10mins.

Step 5 :

Keep stirring the mixture so that it doesn’t get burnt from below.

Step 6 :

Refrigerate the custard prepared, and once it is cooled, it is ready to serve.

Step 7 :

Add Dried fruits and mangoes before serving the dish.
