Everybody loves chocolates. Simply delectable, these homemade chocolates can be easily prepared with compound chocolate and different chocolate moulds. Adding dry fruits further enhances the taste.

Preparation
Step 1 : Melt chocolate in Double Boiler. You can also melt it in a microwave.
Grate the milk compound chocolate slab into small pieces.
Step 2 :
Place the grated chocolate in a heat proof bowl.
Step 3 :
Take 1 cup of water in a medium saucepan and place it on low flame for boiling.
Step 4 :
While the water is boiling, put the grated chocolate bowl in the double boiler and melt the chocolate.
Step 5 :
Keep a low flame and while the chocolate starts melting, keep stirring occasionally, until it is completely melted.
Step 6 :
Remove the melted chocolate from the heat.
Step 7 :
Add chopped nuts & raisins in to the melted chocolate and stir well.
Step 8 : Moulding Chocolate
Take any type of chocolate mould and ensure that it is dry.
Step 9 :
With a spoon, pour the melted chocolate and nuts mixture into the moulds and tap it gently.
Step 10 :
Place the moulds in refrigerator for 15 minutes for setting.
Step 11 :
Remove the mould from refrigerator and slowly demould the chocolate.
Step 12 :
Homemade dried fruits chocolates are ready. Store in an airtight box and refrigerate. You can wrap the chocolate with colourful wraps and then gift them.
