This is a quick dessert that can be whipped up in no time. Rich and creamy chocolate pudding between layers of coffee dipped crunchiness make this an out of the world delight. Pamper your loved ones with this divine sweet with some fresh berries, chocolate curls and crunchy nuts on top.

Step 1 :
In a small bowl, mix together half cup milk, cocoa powder, and corn flour. Keep it aside.
Step 2 :
Mix the instant coffee powder in hot water and set it aside to cool.
Step 3 :
Boil the remaining milk with sugar.
Step 4 :
When it boils, add the corn flour mixture prepared earlier.
Step 5 :
Stir continuously over low flame. It will begin to thicken very soon as corn flour is added.
Step 6 :
Add in the vanilla essence too.
Step 7 :
Once it reaches the desired consistency, remove from flame and allow it to cool.
Step 8 :
Now to arrange the dessert, dip each biscuit in the prepared coffee mix and place in the dish to form the base.
Step 9 :
Now carefully scoop in half of the chocolate mixture on top of this. Spread evenly with the back of a spoon.
Step 10 :
Drop few chopped walnuts and sliced cherries or any berries of your choice.
Step 11 :
Next repeat another layer of the coffee dipped biscuits.
Step 12 :
Pour in the remaining chocolate cream prepared. Spread evenly.
Step 13 :
Top it with the chopped walnuts and chocolate curls.
Step 14 :
Refrigerate for about an hour.
