This delicious tuna salad is a great snacking option. Loaded with the goodness of fish and greens, this can be a wholesome summer meal.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Smoke or grill the tuna chunks, or you can simply saute it in olive oil adding salt and pepper.

Step 2 :

Roast the sesame seeds and keep aside. In a large salad bowl, add peeled and chopped avocado dices, onion rings, sliced radish, sliced cucumber.

Step 3 :

Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oil and toss well. Add the tuna chunks and sprinkle lemon juice.

Step 4 :

Add sesame seeds, chopped leeks and mix well.
