Preparation

Step 1 :

In a heavy bottom pan, simmer the fresh cream and add melted chocolate chips to it. Add gelatin in a cup of lukewarm milk and leave it for five minutes.

Step 2 :

Now add this gelatin mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir well for a couple of minutes. Pour this mixture into the shot glasses and allow it to refrigerate for 15 mins.

Step 3 :

Repeat the method without adding chocolate chips, instead add sugar and mint candy powder to it.

Step 4 :

Add this mixture above the chocolate panna cotta layer and set it again in refrigerator for 10 more minutes.

Step 5 :

Serve cold.
