Chilled Mango Salad

Its a refreshing and colorful salad to eat in this summers. It contains all nutritional ingredients and can be prepared as a light snap in evening.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Chop mango into small cubes and place them in a large bowl. Add finely chopped cucumber, onion, tomato, capsicum and bell pepper. Mix well.

Step 2 :

Add chopped coriander and mint leaves. Add honey and 1 spoon of lemon, salt and black pepper powder.

Step 3 :

Add olive oil, salt and gently mix all ingredients. Keep in fridge for 2 hours. Serve chilled.

Step 4 :

Roasted flax seeds can also be added to this salad for a crunchy taste.
