Tangy and sumptuous, this South Indian dish brings to you the perfect blend of rice and raw mangoes.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil the rice and keep aside.

Step 2 :

In a pan, add little oil and roast cumin, mustard, chana dal, urad dal, and peanuts.

Step 3 :

Add curry leaves, raw mango pieces, grated raw mango and mix well. Sauté for a while. Sprinkle turmeric and mix.

Step 4 :

Add the rice to the pan and sprinkle salt to taste, mix well. Cover the lid and keep on a low flame for 10 minutes. Finally add coriander leaves. Serve hot.
