Fruit Custard

Easy to make, this custard dessert comes with the wholesomeness of milk and fruits.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Boil 500 ml of milk and add sugar to it. Take 1/4 cup of milk and mix custard powder without lumps.

Step 2 :

Add this custard mixture to the boiled milk. Mix well in medium flame for few minutes till it thickens. Stir it continuously.

Step 3 :

Switch off the flame. Refrigerate it for 2 hours.

Step 4 :

Just before serving, chop all the fruits and nuts into small pieces.

Step 5 :

Mix them with the chilled custard. Serve immediately.
