Rasgulla Dahi Mango Mousse

This is my very own innovative dessert recipe, primarily made of mango, hung curd and rasgulla. It is easy to prepare and perfect to sink your teeth into this scorching summer season!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take thick curd, cream, mango pulp (or mango syrup), sugar, cardamom and grind them together in a mixer.

Step 2 :

Take a glass cup, cut the rasgulla into small pieces and make the first layer by placing them at the base of the cup.

Step 3 :

Pour the mango mixture to make the second layer.

Step 4 :

Keep the dessert in refrigerator for 5 minutes and top it with small mango pieces.
