Preparation

Step 1 :

De-seed pomegranate. wash and cut anjeer and carrots in to small pieces.

Step 2 :

Add pomegranate seeds, chopped anjeer and carrots, honey and cold water in to a blender/mixer.

Step 3 :

Blend it for a few seconds. Then strain the juice using a strainer.

Step 4 :

Press the pulp with a ladle to extract as much juice. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
