Preparation

Step 1 :

First boil 400 ml milk in a pan. On other hand prepare mango puree. Take rest 400 ml milk, corn flour, castor sugar, vanilla essence and half cup of mango puree mix well.

Step 2 :

Now add this mixture to boiling milk and stir continuously until the mixture become 80% solid state. Now switch off the gas and let it down to room temperature.

Step 3 :

Now take transparent moulds and transfer the moose mixture into each mould or cup. Now pour some mango puree on it as toppings. Set it in refrigerator for 1 hour. Now yummy yummy mango moose is ready!
