Tangy Mango Delight is a perfect summer drink even for diabetic people as raw mango is known to control sugar levels. Try out this without sugar. This drink has a sweet tangy taste made out of king of all fruits.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Take a medium sized raw mango, peel it and cut it into pieces. Add these pieces to a pressure cooker with 1/4 th glass of water. Cook it until one whistle.

Step 2 :

Roast cumin seeds and crush them coarsely.

Step 3 :

Transfer the cooked raw mango to mixer jar and add crushed ice, black salt, sugar, roasted jeera powder, lemonade, kiwi pulp, fresh mint leaves. Blend it.

Step 4 :

Take a glass, rub the rim of glass with lemon and dip it into salt to give it special effect.

Step 5 :

Add the pulpy juice to the glass, decorate with a slice of raw mango. Serve it chilled with ice cubes.
