This chicken is made with dry fruits and yogurt.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Roasted almond, cashew, chironji seeds and chopped onions for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame and add curd and make fine paste.

Step 2 :

Steam chicken with 1/2 cup water for 15 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon oil and dryfruit curd mixture and stir continues by adding red chilli powder, garam masala powder, red food color. Cook on low flames for 10 minutes ensure the masala does not get burnt.

Step 3 :

Stir in interval of 2 minutes. Heat remaining oil add green chilies, shahijeera and tej pata and add this to chicken as tadka and garnish with coriander leaves/mint leave. Serve with hot steam rice or roti
