Chocolate Layered Cake

Chocolate is a never to say “No” dessert item to everyone from kids to elder. It is just a sweet item that could be used for every Art in food. We love to use chocolate in dessert or snacks.

Preparation

Step 1 :

If your microwave is bigger, you may place two plastic containers / reheat-able bowls together and bake it together.

Step 2 : 1st Mixture

Mix the dahi with baking soda in a small bowl. Set aside

Step 3 :

Sieve the flour and cocoa powder in a bowl.

Step 4 :

Add the cooking oil, sugar, warm water into it. Whisk it with the flour mixture.

Step 5 :

Add the curd mixture and whisk it all together.

Step 6 :

Oil the container / bowl and pour the batter into it.

Step 7 :

Bake it for 3 minutes full power or 4 minutes 75% power on 1200 Watt microwave.

Step 8 :

Let it cool down.

Step 9 : The 2nd mixture

Mix the dahi with baking soda in a small bowl. Set aside.

Step 10 :

Sieve the flour in a bowl.

Step 11 :

Beat egg yolks, add cooking oil, sugar into it. Whisk it well

Step 12 :

Add the warm water into the mixture, add the flour into it, and Whisk it.

Step 13 :

Add the curd mixture and whisk all together.

Step 14 :

Oil the container / bowl and pour the batter into it.

Step 15 :

Bake it for 3 minutes full power or 4 minutes 75% power on 1200 Watt microwave.

Step 16 :

Let it cool down.

Step 17 :

Cool down the cakes overnight in the fridge will be better for the assembly. It will not be very soft to handle.

Step 18 :

Take out the cakes and slice each into two parts.

Step 19 :

Break the milk chocolate bar into small pieces into a bowl. Prepare a pot and warm the cream until a bit bubbly, do not over heat it

Step 20 :

Pour the warm cream into chocolate bar, whisk it well until melted. Cool it down for 10 minutes in the fridge.

Step 21 :

Assembly the cakes layer by layer with filling of chocolate and the rest for the ganache.

Step 22 :

You may garnish the cake with some grated chocolates, chopped nuts.

Step 23 :

Cool it down in the fridge for 2 -3 hours. Slice it and serve it.
