Preparation

Step 1 : For the Filling

In a pan mix grated coconut with sugar or jaggery and place it over low flame.

Step 2 :

Add cardamon in it

Step 3 :

Keep stirring the mixture till it gets sticky. Keep aside to cool

Step 4 : For the Patisapta

Take maida, sooji and rice flour in a bowl. Add milk and mix it carefully to avoid making lumps. Keep the mixture for half an hour.

Step 5 :

Heat the non stick pan and put a little oil. Pour a thin layer of the mixture on it and spread it quickly with the ladle.

Step 6 :

Put the filling lengthwise at the centre of it and roll it. Place it on a plate with spread of milkmaid and serve.
